                    THE HEBREW DISPLAY PROGRAM

This is not a word processor.  It is a public domain program to read 
Hebrew on any IBM or compatible machine.  Any Hebrew ASCII file can be 
read but it must first be converted to a special format in order to be 
able to be used by this program.  To convert file use the CONVERT 
option from the main menu.

DISPLAY .EXE   Main program to display Hebrew text on any IBM computer.
SIMCGA  .COM   Emulate color graphics on monochrome display.
SETCGA  .COM   Switch to color emulation.
SETMONO .COM   Switch back to mono.
HEBREW  .COM   Send Hebrew characters to memory location.
HEBMONO .BAT   Bat file to run with Hercules mono system.
HEBCOLOR.BAT   Bat file to run with CGA color system.

How to run display.
1. For mono system invoke HEBMONO.BAT
2. For color system invoke HEBCOLOR.BAT

About the Hebrew ASCII.
   The 26 Hebrew characters are in a special ASCII standard;
the first character in the alphabet is ALEPH (character 128)
and the last is TAF (character 154).

