This is a challenging title.  It does not include a transcription
of the Coptic text, but does include
Hieroglyphics and Greek.  Images of the stone are easily findable
on the 'net (public domain).

The challenge is to create a Project Gutenberg "Rosetta Stone" title
that is public domain, includes the translations, and hieroglyphics.
