These are documents provided to one of the Project Gutenberg
volunteers upon becoming a United States citizen in June 2005.

They include letter from the US President, George W. Bush.  The
highlight was a short brochure with some of the founding documents,
and an overview of citizenship opportunities.

Turning this brochure into a plain .txt document, perhaps with HTML,
is mostly an exercise in OCR + proofreading.

As publications of the US government, these documents (including the
letter from the President) are in the public domain.
