Why Gold is a Bad Investment

More than a couple of talk show hosts are pushing gold.  "I invest in gold, and so should you."  No you shouldn't.  Don't call that toll-free number.  

I have it on good authority that gold will lose its value.   

CHAPTER 5
 James 5:1 Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.
 James 5:2 Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.
 James 5:3 Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.

Do you not see where the Bible predicts in the book of James that gold will become cankered.  If you have $25,000 in gold, and then it becomes cankered, what's it worth then?  $25.00?

Those who advocate investing in gold are headed for trouble.
