12/15/10 (I printed out & mailed this letter today) Dear Brother Gary: It was very nice to receive your letter today. You mentioned you're looking for a job, so let's now pray a prayer of agreement, according to Matt. 18:19, where Jesus said, "If two of you shall agree on earth concerning anything they shall ask, it will be done by my Father in heaven." And now in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, whose I am, and whom I serve, I agree with my brother Gary Collins, Father, for you to provide him with a good job, at a good rate of pay, I believe that we receive, and thank you for it. I think that's a prayer you'll agree with, brother Gary, and if you do, you have the job. There was a witch in El Paso, as one of my neighbors, in about 1977, when I came back from Korea. My wife and I had an apartment. I knew she was a witch by the very strange and weird music she would play. I didn't go talk to her. But from where I was living, I commanded her to be gone from those apartments, and soon she was. There were two lesbians living as my neighbors when I had an apartment in Mountain View, CA. I commanded them to be gone, and soon they were. And in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I command your three witches to be gone and not bother you any more. Another thing I do, brother Gary, is bind and loose. Jesus said, "Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." In other words, heaven backs you up when you bind and loose on earth. Is there any adult American who has not had trouble at some time or other with vending machines? Probably not, except for the very poor. So, when I walk up to use a vending machine, I speak to it (and Jesus said you can speak to mountains in Mark chapt. 11). I command that vending machine to work right for me, and not steal anything from me, and give me the product I choose, and my correct change. I believe vending machines are better to me than they are to the average American because I command them to work right, and to treat me right. Norvel Hayes is a Bible Teacher and businessman out of Cleveland, TN. He says, whatever your problem is, that's your mountain of Mark chapt. 11, so TELL IT TO GO. But Jesus said, when you command a mountain to go, believe what you say will happen, and don't doubt in your heart. I'm living at the Gateway Hotel, 104 S. Stanton, El Paso, about 6 blocks east of the El Paso Greyhound Bus station, room 406, but I'd rather get my mail at the P.O.Box. I don't really recommend this as a good place to live, but I believe the Lord to get me through here, until it's time to go somewhere else, and I believe for the Lord to help me with where to go, and when to go. There was a man here who clearly had demons in him. I could tell by his stupid behavior, and by the stupid things he would say. After I returned from Omaha this last time, he started taling to me on the stairs, and I said to him, "You shut up, in the name of Jesus." Another time I confronted him in the hallway and said, "I call you gone from Texas, never to return, in the name of Jesus." He wasn't gone immediately, but in a few days, he got himself kicked out of the Gateway Hotel. Win Worley used to be Pastor of the Hegewische Baptist Church. While he was Pastor, they did a lot of casting out of demons from people at that church. He taught that we should bind the evil strong man in people. So with that man I was just talking about who used to live here, I said, "In the name of Jesus, I bind the evil strong man, and all evil spirits in that man. Take your host and get out of this hotel, and this city, and Texas, and don't come back." I command my mountains to go, whatever my problems are. The Lord did something good for me on Thanksgiving Day. I had been perhaps a bit lukewarm with the Lord, but then this other Christian brother wanted to go to the annual free Thanksgiving dinner at the Civic Center, but didn't know where it was. I said I'd go over there with him. So we ate together. On the way home, as I was trying to minister to this brother, I saw that really the only thing I have to give him is the word of God. Of course, I could pray for him, or cast out devils. I decided at that point, O.K., I choose to agree with the word of God on every subject. More recently, I had been using some wine in the evenings as an aid to going to sleep. But I think that probably I was using wine somewhat excessively. When my last bottle of wine ran out, I didn't replace it, as I had been doing. The Lord gave me the opportunity to minister yesterday to this Catholic man that I also played chess with. I don't know exactly when, but I expect the Lord to make me Pastor of a church. I don't know whether it will be in El Paso, or some other city. I, too, have been asking the Lord about a differnt city to go and live in. I tried Omaha, but it never really worked out very well. I've also lived in Houston, San Antonio, and quite a few U.S. cities. You mentioned bringing something to my prayer circle. I don't really have a prayer circle. I've not found many Christian friends in El Paso. But a few days ago, I wanted to pray a prayer of agreement with another Christian, so I went on a Sunday to Paseo Christian Church, which meets up the street at a coffee shop called The Percolator. I prayed with another Christian there, but I don't go to church there because they're not full-gospel, not Pentecostal, don't have the signs following of Mark chapt. 16. I've also called the toll-free number for Kenneth Copeland Ministries and prayed with people there. You can get that number by calling 1 800 555 1212. There is that scripture where Jesus said, "When they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another." I guess it's better to give the benefit of the doubt to fleeing, rather than not, but what I'd really like to do is be in the perfect will of God all the time (Romans 12:1,2) And there are lots of scriptures about being led by the Spirit of God. "I will guide thee with my eye." (Psalms, I think) As one of his sheep, I know the Lord's voice. Because I draw near to God, he draws near to me. My heart devises my way, but the Lord directs my steps. The Lord keeps the heart of the king, even king Fred. My steps R ordered by the L & he delights in my way. Ps 37:23 The L establishes my goings. I dwell in the secret place of the most high. Ps 91 The L guides me w his counsel & afterward receives me to glory. Ps 73:24 The L has seen my ways & healed me; he leads me also & restores comforts 2 me & 2 my mourners. Isa. 57:18 The L has set my feet on a rock & established my goings. Ps The L instructs me 2 discretion. Isa The L teaches me 2 profit & leads me by the way that I should go. Isa 48:17 Jerry Savelle (think he's on the internet) said the Lord told him, "Son I've made provision in my word for recovering what has been stolen from you.", or something like that. So Jerry Savelle says, "Satan, restore sevenfold all that you've stolen from me." Based on that scripture, "If the thief be found, he shall restore sevenfold." (Psalms or Proverbs, I think.) I've done that myself, brother Gary, and I recommend that you command Satan to restore sevenfold to you all that he has stolen from you, for it is written, "If the thief be found, he shall restore sevenfold." You said I should check out Chuck is it Misler? I'm not clear about the spelling of his last name. I mentioned to you Charles Capps, especially his book, "God's Creative Power Will Work For You." And Norvel Hayes is a pretty good Bible Teacher. Both have their own websites. But the teacher I've probably learned more from than any other human being is Kenneth E. Hagin. He has passed on, but wrote a lot of books. His son, Kenneth W. Hagin, writes too, but I prefer KEH. You can go to Rhema.org. Click on "bookstore" to see a list of KEH books. You can also write to Kenneth Hagin Ministries, P.O. Box 50126, Tulsa, OK 74150. Remember too, brother Gary, that Jesus said, "When you pray, believe that you receive the things you ask for, and you shall have them" (Mark chapt 11) But let me tell you something the Lord said to Kenneth E. Hagin. "People who are praying for me to do something about the devil (and I think he means the demons, too) are wasting their time. I gave you (the Christians on earth) power over the devil." (And he expects us to use our authority over the devil & the demons, by opening our mouths, and commanding, in the name of Jesus, the devil and the demons to stop doing what they're doing.) Very nice to get your letter, brother Gary. My rent here runs through January 19. I'm praying about where the Lord might want me to move to instead of El Paso. Actually, I've looked for a place to live in Ft. Worth, but didn't find anything. Did live for a little while in Grand Prairie, TX, but that place has been converted to some kind of retirement home. My God will supply all your needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Phil 4:19 According to his riches in glory, where the streets are paved with gold. Kenneth E. Hagin was not doing so well financially, so he prayed for three days about it. He said, Lord, you said if we were willing and obedient, we'd eat the good of the land, but it doesn't look to me like that's happening. The Lord showed him how he used faith for salvaion, for the Baptism with the Holy Ghost, for healing, but Hagin wasn't using his faith for finances, as he should have been doing. He said the Lord told him, "I don't want you to pray about finances anymore, not like you've been doing. Here's what I want you to do. Claim whatever it is you want or need. Say, "Satan, take your hands off my finances." Say, "Go ministering spirits and cause the money to come." Hagin said, What do you mean "Go ministering spirits..." The Lord said, "Haven't you read in the book of Hebrews that it says the angels are ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who shall be heirs of salvation?" So Hagin saw that he could give his angels things to do. He followed that plan and prospered. The Lord told him after he claimed & commanded to just stay in faith, and don't even think about it. Or, if he did think about it, to just say, "Thank God for it, it's working." This last from Hagin is in his minibook, "How God Taught Me About Prosperity." Do you still go to Mike Murdock's church? The Lord richly bless you, brother Gary. Fred Hoehn, P.O.Box 2215, El Paso, TX 79951
