You folks sent me an email saying that the User's Agreement is being changed. 

You said if I don't agree, I can close my account before July 15.

I don't agree with the amended User's Agreement.

Please close my account. 

I logged into my account today at around 3 p.m. central time.  Although a statement has been issued for me, I was not able to see how to access it at your website.

I clicked on "Close Account" at your website.

My account is now closed.
