Got your email.  Just today, I posted the Book of Ezra at fredhoehnblog.

Jesus said, "You must be born again." (John chapter 3)

We get born again when we hear or read the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, and say yes to Jesus' offer of salvation.  (Romans 10:9,10)

The Lord wants every Christian to be baptized with the Holy Ghost with the speaking in unknown tongues.  An AfroAmerican man in Los Angeles told me he had been baptized with the Holy Ghost.  I asked him, "Do you speak in unknown tongues?"  He said, "No."

I told that brother, Jerry Green, if he doesn't speak in unknown tongues, then he has not yet received the Baptism with the Holy Ghost.  

Norvel Hayes, out of Cleveland, TN said the Lord told him, "Now these are the most important words that ever came out of my mouth..."  and he meant the words in Mark chapter 16:17,18.  

 17 And these signs shall follow those who believe, in my name they'll cast out devils, they'll speak with new languages,
 18 They shall pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it won't hurt them.  They shall lay hands on the sick, and they'll recover.

I don't think we should seek to pick up serpents or drink some deadly thing, but I believe the best Christians cast out devils (or, demons), speak in unknown tongues, and heal people. 

Dr. Charles Stanley is a Baptist pastor in Atlanta, GA.  I believe he's a Christian on his way to heaven, but he's wrong when he says that the Baptism with the Holy Ghost has been done away with.  Stanley will pay a price on Judgment Day.

The Lord wants his people to bind and loose.

The Lord wants his people to speak things into existence, as in Mark 11:23.

He wants us to believe when we pray. (Mark 11:24)

Many Christians have not learned much about putting their faith to work.
